Jesse`s Steak and Seafood in Brandon

You might not be able to tell from the outside, but this is a legit steak house. I recently moved to the area, was craving a steak (not from a "chain" restaurant) and decided to give Jesse's a shot. It's no wonder that they consistently win "best steak" awards. The food was great

Waitress was nice. Hamburger was ordered well done, came med/rare. Found roach on table.Manager said we could not apply unused portion of the gift card for anything (aka tip for waitress.)Totally NOT impressed. First time visit, we'll not be going back.

Jesse's was great as always. My husband and I both enjoyed our and it was fun to be out but obeying all the rules as did the restaurant and our server.

Great place! There “Jesse’s Special”cheeseburger salad is my very favorite Keto dish. If all Keto was as enjoyable as this this salad everyone on the planet would be skinny.

We just left here and the food was horrible! This used to be the spot, haven’t been in years and got the prime rib, no seasoning and soo tough couldn’t barely eat any. The calamari was so overcooked and a clump of seasoned salt on it. The celery was rotten... Definitely went downhill, would never be back here! For the price I would rather go to longhorn or flame stone. For the prices we were expecting good food and don’t mind paying for GOOD FOOD but this was far from good. We told the manager and he told us he couldn’t comp the food because we ate some of it and made excuses for the quality of the food. Never heard that before and a first for me working in the restaurant insustry the last 20 years. Very disappointing.

Amazing service and great food!

We went to Jesse's June 14, 2020. The wait was 35 minutes, which is ok. We waited inside, several other parties were waiting outside. There was not much social distancing space either way. While waiting, I noticed not one staff member was wearing a mask. Many tables were very close together. We decided to leave and go to another restaurant where the staff wore masks. This restaurant didn't seem safe.

Great food and service! The Nachos are an appetizer and they are amazing and like a meal by themselves. Was too full for the cheeseburger meal but it looked good 😊My girlfriend had the fried shrimp and snow crab legs and she ate every bite. Recommend trying this restaurant at least once

Went to early Valentine's lunch today. We both had prime rib luncheon. First time I'd been there in years but will go again sooner the next time. It was wonderful. Best prime rib either of us has ever had. Service was great. Attentive but not too much so. Great job.

My wife and I got the prime rib dinners. She got hers medium rare and I got mine char broiled. They were amazing! Everything from the bread to the dessert was great. Our server was very friendly and informative. First time customers, but we will definitely be back again and again.

Loved this place and it was our first time. Very good burgers. The French onion soup looked delicious. Steaks looked amazing. We had a great time. ❤

Was in the area visiting some friends and wanted a steak. I went in to sit at the bar by myself and was greeted immediately by Carolyn. She explained they were known for their prime rib and it would melt in mouth so I figured mine as well go with a king cut. She set the bar high and i wasn't disappointed probably one of the best prime ribs I've ever eaten in my life. Would recommend to anyone thats in this area.

Food is great! Fantastic Prime Rib. Drinks are 2 for 1 from 4-7. ( good ones). Service is excellent. They have an early bird pricing that makes it a 5 star.

First time there with some friends and I enjoyed it, I plan on returning!! Great service as well!!

This place was Outstanding Great atmosphere and very clean. The food was amazing and being vegitarian it was so easy to find something to eat. Our waitress Mikayla was so friendly and super efficient and nice.

I've been in Brandon a while and I was goaded into going here. " you live in Brandon and you've never been to Jesse's? You need to go to Jesse's. Go to Jesse's.... Fine! I'm glad I did. Smaller restaurant, but it didn't feel cramped. Friendly service. I got the Prime rib, and it was really good. It came with a salad and a fully loaded baked potato. My daughter got the burger. She's a very picky eater, and said she really enjoyed it, not words I here from her often. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, and I ordered a little extra Au Jus and it really set it off. I will definently be back. They do have an early bird special, so if you are so inclined, get there early.

Food was excellent as always BUT staff not wearing masks. Had it not been our anniversary we would have left! All staff need to be wearing masks.

This place is absolutely amazing...... our son got transferred to brandon and in a coma. My husband took us here to get something to eat when really neither one of us wanted to eat but we went. I tell you what these people really make you feel like family and definitely treat you like family too. They made us feel at home and everything would be ok needless to say it was after a week. So when we finally got our son out of hospital we took him there so that they knew everything worked out before we went back home. Thank you guys so much cannot wait to come out there again!!!!!

Jesse's has the best prime rib I've ever had. The mushrooms they served here are amazing. You should get extra. The bread and cesar salad here is amazing too. If you want a great steak or prime rib come here. All the food takes hi e cooked and delicious. Must try!!

What a great discovery this place was... we were having some work done on our car next door, and the amazing smell of steak was too much to resist! Jesse's had a killer lunch menu, 2-for-1 drinks and on Saturdays they offer delicious $4 sangria. Interior is steakhouse-dark-wood meets home-cooked-comfort. Can't wait to come back for the fried cod we saw ordered at the table next to us - it looked so good we finally had to apologize to our neighbors for staring at their food! Service was on point and Tammy was kind, fun, and she stayed on top of everything we ordered. Well worth the trip from South Tampa any day.

Did a curbside order. Employee was nice but took at least 15 minutes till they came to my car. Ruins the point of curbside I think. Prime rib was chewy and tasteless. A “queen cut” which is 12 ounces apparently was way too thin. Served with a couple of bland mushrooms that look like they came straight out of a can. Green beans tasted like salty mush. I only gave an extra star for the ranch dressing and the bread. I’ll skip this and go to Longhorn or Outback next time instead.....

This place is a hidden gem. I stopped by today and had the prime rib. It was simply delicious. The building is small but the flavor is tremendous. Hot bread and butter served with a house salad with ranch dressing. You could tell the dressing was made fresh with only the best ingredients. My prime rib came with mashed potatoes and gravy , button mushrooms and horseradish sauce and aujus. My steak was beautifully served seared with grill marks from the open wood fire with a taste to match.

I was shocked that ABSOLUTELY NO EMPLOYEES WORE A MASK.....I would of immediately left the restaurant upon entering but my wife insisted on prime rib last nite...June 5, 2020...every customer was seated in groups bumper to bumper, all talking at once...every booth was taken with no separation...the hostess and waitress practiced no social distancing nor wore a mask...are u people unaware or totally ignorant that there’s a Pandemic called COVID? The place was anything but 50% occupancy...more like 90%...I wore my mask the entire time except while eating...people starred at me as I walked both in and out as if I was infected....I was the ONLY CUSTOMER MASKED...this fine establishment caters to mostly the seniors, 55 and over...THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED...Jesse’s, U NEED TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES...NEVER COMING BACK...BTW, the food and service was a 5*.....as usual...

The Prime rib and shrimp were absolutely delicious! 10/10 cooked perfectly sitting in a puddle of Au'jus. Will be back

Woah! Make sure you go before 6pm to get the most bang for your buck. Drinks were 2-for-1 and entree’s were less expensive too. What an amazing find! This is the perfect cozy place to eat some great food. Will definitely be going back!

AMAZING food and AMAZING server as well!!!1/2 price apps at lunch. Raju was our waiter and he was excellent! Definitely be back!

Went a year ago when we were here for the RV show. We liked it so much we are going back this year. Great food and service. Between the two of us, we had steak and seafood. Both were very good. A little wait for a table on weekend nights, but worth it.

This place has been a family tradition of ours for many many years and although the food and service has been very spotty and not that great the past couple of years, my last visit there was really good. The food was great and the server was so nice and interactive and funny. Made my birthday tradition a success this year.

Best prime rib anywhere. To add to the meal the bartenders know how to pour a drink.

What a find! The food was great, the best French dip I've ever had. Cary the bartender was amazing. Even though she got slammed with a party of 20 she was still able to be personable.

Amazing prime rib lunch special burgers are great too as is the Cod. You really can't go wrong at lunch

One of the best places I have gone to eat so far. The fish (icelandic cod) greek style was perfect.

I came in Wednesday since they are offering a special including wine, and I’ve always been a fan of their prime rib. First, wine had a vinegar smell and taste to it.. when asked if I could get another glass the server just told me it would taste the same... ok... server eventually comes back and doesn’t offer another drink or anything. Now prime rib. Usually the prime rib here is spot on but I don’t know if they changed the way they prepare it.... no flavor at all, tasted like cafeteria or hospital food, and tough as could be.... even the horseradish sauce tasted like a sad excuse for sour cream with garnish on top. Extra au jus didn’t help - tasted like water. Asked server for manager to let them know and instead we got our check.... Jesses we’ve always been a fan but After that experience Count us out!!!!!!

The BEST nachos I've EVER had. Come here and order them. You will not be disappointed. So very amazing. I would come here just for them, as for the rest of the food and service - both were fantastic!!!! Jesse's is a must stop to all food lovers.

I just picked up my Takeout order from Jessie’s. I am happy to report the prime rib and sides were perfectly cooked and delicious even after driving home. I’m so happy I don’t have to go without Jessie’s Prime rib during the self sheltering period. The staff, Raj, that took my order and brought my food curbside was very friendly. They were also following all safely and health guidelines. What an amazing establishment and about to celebrate 40 years in business.

Best steaks in town. Love this place. I usually get the NY Strip but once in a while I will have the grilled shrimp. Whatever you choose will not disappoint
